1. Our Services

Spectrum Style Lab offers personal colour analysis and style consulting services, including:

• In-person colour analysis sessions using the ByFERIAL 4×4 Color System (16 Seasons)®
• Personalised style guides and colour toolkit materials
• Access to our AI-powered colour matching tool (as part of applicable packages)
• Specialised sessions (wardrobe edits, shopping accompaniment, and similar)

Service descriptions, inclusions, and pricing are set out on our website. We reserve the right to update our offerings at any time. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

2. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once payment (or a deposit, where applicable) has been received. We will send you a confirmation email with session details.

Payments are processed securely via a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

If you have any questions about pricing or payment before booking, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is:

• 48 hours or more before your session: Full refund or free reschedule.
• Less than 48 hours before your session: The session fee is non-refundable. We are happy to reschedule at a reduced rate at our discretion.
• No-show (no contact): The session fee is forfeited in full.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by email at hello@spectrumstylelab.com as early as possible.

4. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your session (for example, due to illness or an emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or priority reschedule at your preference.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which forms Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You are entitled to a refund or re-performance of the service if it is not delivered with due care and skill, or if it is not fit for the purpose you made known to us.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or guarantee you have under the ACL that cannot be lawfully excluded.

6. Deliverables and Intellectual Property

Your personalised style guide, colour palette materials, and toolkit resources are created specifically for you and are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials.

All other content on our website, including text, imagery, branding, and the ByFERIAL 4×4 Color System (16 Seasons)® methodology as applied in our practice, remains the intellectual property of Spectrum Style Lab or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use this content without our written permission.

Access to our AI-powered shopping assistant tool is provided as part of applicable service packages. This access is personal and non-transferable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Spectrum Style Lab's liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (such as lost income or purchasing decisions made using your style guide), except where the ACL or other applicable law prevents this exclusion.

8. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, payment platforms or booking tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
